Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. The patient will receive a receipt which can be submitted to his insurance company for reimbursement.

If the patient carries either HMO or PPO insurance that requires an authorization referral signed by the primary care physician, no payment is necessary if the patient brings with him the signed referral form and his insurance card to our laboratory.
