  If any one of you can help me and guide how to get, record and analyze data of infertile males on computers? Can any body send me some software to do it? 'WHO Manual for the Standardized investigation, diagnosis and management of the infertile Male'' gives a data collection form and flow chart but it is in paper form. I need any standardized electronic version.
