Dear colleagues,
Does anyone have any experience with pharmacological treatment for
anorgasmia? My patient is a healthy 33 year old man with a lifelong
inability to have an orgasm or ejaculate. He says he has occasional
nocturnal emissions. He has no known history of neurological disease. My
first thought was to try vibratory stimulation. I would appreciate your
thoughts.
