POSTERS
Castle Elmau is located in splendid isolation amidst the Bavarian Alps close
to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and can be reached by train from München (Munich)
or Innsbruck. Train station: Klais. Munich or Innsbruck are the closest
international airports.
Posters pertinent to the topics of the symposion and to be presented during
the meeting can be submitted up to June 1, 2003.
Details of the format of the abstracts can be requested from the organizers.
The Castle has limited space for participants so that early registration is
recommendable. The special price arranged with Castle Elmau for full board
and accommodation from Thursday night September 25, 2003 to Sunday morning
September 28, 2003 (3 nights) is Euro 434,- single room and Euro 404,- for
double room occupancy. The registration fee for the symposion is Euro 150,-.
Registrations will only be accepted with full payment of the registration
fee and the payment for the board and accommodation.
Registrations should be done using the attached form. Cancellations will be
refunded up to June 20, 2003 minus 15 % service charge,
up to August 20, 2003 minus 30 % service charge, and up to September 20,
2003 minus 80% service charge, thereafter no refund.
