Does anyone have any thoughts on patient with ulcerative colitis on 6-MP
therapy. Are there any chromesomal effects on the sperm? Are there
increased fetal anomalies in patients on 6-MP?. My review of the
literature turns up minimal. How do other people counsel their
patients? This patient has a normal count and motility with minimal
decreased morphology.
