Not only is there a major ethical problem there may also be a legal problem.
I know of no legitimate practice that would agree to do this. By requesting
this type of procedure, the couple is telling you that they have not yet
come to terms with their problem. You need to get them into counseling with
a psychologist experienced with reproductive and family issues. My
experience is that once they face and accept their situation they also are
able to see the problems that may arise from these "creative" treatment
plans and then choose a more appropriate course.
