Dear Colleagues,
Several months ago I was able to announce, through the courtesy and
beneficence of ANDROLOG, a wonderful new position and opportunity with a
nationally (US) recognized and respected ART program, namely Reproductive
Health Associates (RHA) in St. Paul, MN. Since that time a rather
unfortunate (to say the least) event has occurred in which the Physician
Board Members of RHA unexpectedly decided to dissolve the corporation.
Dissolution has left me and others in a rather unenviable position, and that
being insecure employment. The close of the past year and onset of the New
Year has brought with it many wonderful blessings. As the phrase
goes..."with every door that closes a new door opens"... Two of my
physician colleagues, Theodore Nagel, MD and Jon Pryor, MD, and I have
entered in to a joint venture with the University of Minnesota Physicians
and the Departments of Ob/Gyn and Urology to design and implement a state-
of-the-art and comprehensive assisted reproductive technologies program;
simultaneously addressing female and male reproductive health issues. We
anticipate full operation of our new facility at the beginning to middle of
March. When I/we have firm snail-mail and e-mail addresses, phone and fax
numbers I hope to be able to communicate that information via ANDROLOG.
