Androlog Mail:
In response to Dr. Drobnis question regarding staining for round cells - We
currently employ the benzidine-peroxidase stain, taking the usual safety
precautions when making up the benzidine. However, I would recommend you
try the Androstat III stain marketed by Mid-Atlantic Diagnostics (Terry
Fortino) in New Jersey. It is a great stain for morphs, but also for WBC's.
He is also developing a rapid stain for WBCs.
