We've run out of Percoll for density gradient centrifugation prior to IUI"s.
I don't want to sign the disclaimer about not using for human subjects.
Does anyone out there have strong feeling about what is the best and
cheapest media to replace Percoll e.g. Isolate, Puregon etc. I'd
appreciate any input. Thanks
