For 100% immotile sperm with 10% viability I recommend TESE/ICSI. The
viability of testicular sperm is likely to be better. I recommend checking
the vas and epididymis first for motile sperm since immotile sperm in the
ejaculate could be due to partial (but almost complete) obstruction.
